Blog Network Coop - Free backlinking software

Has anyone here used Blog Network Coop. If so, have you had any success with it?

It sounds very interesting, but most free backlinking services such as Free traffic system seem to be a let down and not as good as the hype suggests, so I don't want to waste time using it if it isn't going to produce results. I've searched on Google, but can't find any reviews on it.
