Something sketchy is going on there as I only show 10 backlinks in yahoo and it's a parked domain.

How many $100-$400/month websites do you want?

You are obviously mistaken about a valid PR9.

Domains don't have PR, websites do.

Invalid is more like it.

Yes i know that website pages have pr and not domains. But this website has only 1 page and that's it's homepage.

While it's true that websites have PR, often buying a domain that was previously attached to a website with PR will carry some with it.

I have several domains that I bought that still have PR. Some of them are new websites and still have a PR4. And their linking power is still juicing up the pages I link to, so there is clearly something carried over with the domain, even if the website does not remain in tact.

Though the domain would be stronger if it had the same content on it that got the PR, the domains that do carry PR over to new websites seem to retain at least some of their linking power.

The auctions stop with price of $2600. Do you thin it's a good money to put on PR9 like that. I think it's awesome. They could sell it back for double profit on flippa or sell link which worth at least 500$ a month. There are not many PR9 domain left. Even google.com has PR of 9. Good luck to the rich guys behind this

Hey - just stumbled across this old thread while doing research.

Thought I'd point out that the PR9 is now, a few months later, a PR6.

It's not that hard to get PR9 if you know how to make it.
But yes, it needs a lot of effort.
