Is the keyword "What is product name" a buying keyword

Hi All,
I just want to know

1) if the keyword "What is Product ABC" (I am not mentioning the real product name) a buying keyword ?
2) Can it convert to sales if it is a good product with good review written ?

of course, I am asking because this keyword has very low competition with 6000 exact searches
