Long story short, I am a sales rep at a small boutique company and I have an SEO technician that seems to be pretty talented at getting sites ranked on Google and Google Maps. The thing is, he generally just takes lets the client tell him which keywords they want to use, and doesn't really use any specific research to justify those choices. Now I have a potential client who wants me to "Sell or Pitch" him a game plan for Optimization services including what keywords I would suggest and why, and was wondering what tools are out there that can actually do this work for me. I know about the Google Keyword tool, but I don't find it to be very useful as it doesn't give an accurate perspective on localized search results. Was hoping someone could point me in the right direction so I can look like I know what I'm doing! |

I am new still and wouldn't feel right giving you advice, but I do suggest you take a look at the all in one sticky up at the top of this forum and see if what you need is there. It may or may not have what you need, hopes this helps.
