Is there anything major features that differentiate all of these plugins? I usually use All-In-One, and it seems to have everything I need to keep my on-page SEO the way it should be.

I recently started using Greg's High Performance SEO. It's free just like AIO and Yoast. What I like about it is that it configures over 100 on page SEO factors and uses far less code than any other to accomplish it. So far I'm very impressed with it. Here is a link to it on WordPress's plug in directory WordPress › Greg's High Performance SEO « WordPress Plugins |

I tried Greg's for a little while and then moved to YOAST. It seems to work well for 3.2.1. Great interface, and some extremely nice features.
