How do I value this adsense site?

Hi guys, I've a couple of adsense sites, put a lot of work into them. Now my adsense is not showing up, no reason, just gone... wtf google?

Anyway no way of finding out whats going on from Lord Google... so I'm thinking of just selling them... but I've no idea how to value them.

Take one site for example.

It's an EMD .org, which gets 6,600 exact matchs for the main keyword at $1 cpc.

It ranks for a couple of other keywords too.

It has 7 well written articles.

Should I contact people with sites in similar niches... and offer to sell to them? It's in the addiction niche.

You can sell the site at Flippa and see how much potential buyers would bid on it.

I think if you're getting some traffic to your site, you're going to attract bidders. Just make sure you have proof of how much traffic you're generating to your site.

I really share this too,though am still on Google adsense i need some info on the best strategies to get higher keywords thus higher cpc,at least $2.

Any suggestions for the blogs below? Somebody have a look and advise.
