Default site deindexed, could this be the cause

Hi warriors,

all the pages of one of my sites was deindexed overnight as far as I can tell,

I checked webmaster tools and I found 87 crawl errors.
Could this cause a deindexing.

It seems there are pages linking to my sites different urls,
these urls are not found

but the urls that webmaster tools says are not found are cut off
the filename at the end is not complete
for example

http://www.domainname.com/mynameis...

it is not a full url with html or htm at the end, of course it won't be found
how would I get links to my site like that

how can I fix this so I don't have 87 cutoff urls not found.

please help,
thanks

update:

I see, in WMT they only show part of the url.

I went to the pages linking to my site, and clicked through to my site, those pages on my site are found.

I did just do a republish of my site before seeing this, but those pages on my site should be found, there is no reason for wmt to not find them, or is there.

How do I let Google know these pages are found.
