It's very easy. When you are on searching (google), just add &start=990 at the end of the site address on the address bar.

And, for other information, these are something that need to be considered from your competitors (on Google page one):

1. PR
2. Domain age
3. Alexa rank
4. Backlinks
5. Homepage VS Innerpage
6. and many more

The rest of the info can be useful, but this part is useless. The number of listings Google returns is not indicative of the level of competition.

You do not need any code to ascertain that.

In my opinion, our competitor is not only on page one.
All the web that do the optimization to win the keyword is our competition.

Other information about my thread.
For example if you using &start=990:

In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the 645 already displayed.
If you like, you can repeat the search with the omitted results included.

So, the total number of our real competitor is 645

Just in my humble opinios.
