Interesting share! Thanks for this, it appears that Google's doing a lot more active A/B testing with a ton of diffferent styles of layouts and formats for the SERPs/Adwords/homepage. Wonder how this will affect CTR for Adsense ads... |

I agree. I would think that it would improve the click through rate but only time will tell.

What I suspect is that within a year or two, publishers will have more options and controls on how to show ads on their sites. So if a publisher wants to show text ads with the first line tacked on next to the title, they will be able to. | |
