This is what i give to all of my article writers and require them to include all of the following:

Title

Contains Keyword

Begins With Keyword

Title Contains At Least 3 Words

Heading

H1 Tags contains keyword

H1 Tag begins with keyword

H2 Tag contains keyword

H3 Tag contains keyword

Content

Content contains at least 300 words

Content has 4.0-5.5% keyword density.

Content contains keyword in the first 50-100 words.

Content contains at least one image with keyword in ALT attribute.

Content contains at least one bold keyword.

Content contains at least one italicized keywords.

Content contains at least one underlined keyword.

Content contains keyword in anchor text of at least one (Money Site and different niched PR 7-9) site external link.

Content contains keyword in the last 50-100 words.

I wished that worked all of the time. But thanks for the info because I never use H3 tags. maybe I'll try that out now

this one is pretty good for an example on page optimization,almost the same as what seomoz suggests..

what about summary part of article ?
We should create unique and interesting summary.
