income depends on your im experience and it seems from your post that you are newbie so it will take sometime to learn things, i can tell you one sure thing, if you target long tail keywords you will start earning soon might be from next week onword your content get index and you will see some traffic ..but dont forget what i pointed out above.

Its entirely dependent on your blog ranking for selected keywords. Random traffic can generate very little revenue for your site.

You really shouldn't say things like this. It is completely unrealistic, it may have taken you that long to get to that amount but earning $5 in a month is very easily doable. Infact, way more than that if you know what you are doing.

Without wanting to sound disparaging, probably never if that is all you were going to do.. You need to answer the following questions first and then you will have a better idea.

1. What market has a large group of people hungry for information, products, advice, reviews etc..?

2. Where do these people hang out online?

3. What keywords do these people use to search for stuff on Google about their market?

4. How competitive are these keyword phrases in terms of how easy is it to rank in the top 10 of Google for them?

5. Are there plenty of related and long tail keywords associated with this market?

6. How can you create better content for these people than what is already available?

7. How much time/money and patience do you have to create great content?

8. Where are you going to attain the necessary backlinks you need to get your web pages ranked highly?

9. Do you understand all the rules with regards to on-page SEO?

10. Do you understand all the Adsense rules?

11. Have you worked out a plan of action and time schedule to research your niche, create content, promote and maintain the site you build?

12. Do you understand about the growing power of social media and how to find visitors through that medium?

Find answers to all those questions, there is a wealth of info available here at warrior and through various courses and books. Do this and you will have a better idea of how long it takes.

My advice (for what its worth) is this... The biggest sin is to just think about doing it rather than actually taking the action..
