5 domains redirected to 6th one is this cloaking?

hi warriors,

I have 6 domains they have keyword in their domain names and those keywords are highly competitive so i will be targeting those keywords and will get good boost.

my question when all of my websites will be ranking on top positions and when i'll start getting bulk of traffic i want to target all traffic on my 6th website as it is having very awesome content and i think they will get converted.

redirecting all those websites to 6th domain is cloaking or not?

if yes what can i do?

I cannot target my 6th website for all those keywords as it is already ranking for particular keywords and keywords are highly competitive.
