How could Google change the structure of how Adsense works so they care about adsense customers?

They make a lot of money on adwords customers, and not much from adsense customers.

Banning someone from adsense is probably like swatting a mosquito to them - So how should Adsense change so they can give a damn about us adsense customers for once?

Maybe Google shares too much with us - rather than keeping just 20% from each click or whatever it is, maybe it should be more like 50%? a change like this might help them to think twice about each account they cancel.

But banning of adsense accounts might just be entirely automated, and there might even be times when a google employee wouldn't even take notice because they're probably busy with tons of things.

Google does make a lot of money from Adsense users, so that has nothing to do with it. They don't just randomly ban adsense accounts, they ban them because people aren't following the rules.

It is real important to make sure you follow Google guidelines when using Adsense, they just don't ban site for no reason. There has to be something you did and they caught it, found out what that is and correct it, request for reconsideration.

Google does give a damn about AdSense publishers. We AdSense publishers make Google a lot of money even with Google keeping a lower percentage of each click than what they pay us.

As "patrich" mentions above, they don't randomly ban websites running AdSense or AdSense accounts.
