Adsense earning plummeted this summer - has it happened to you?

Earning report:

May: 174 euros
June: 120 euros
July: 44 euros
August: 55 euros
September so far: 18 euros

The traffic has been more or less the same with a slight CTR decrease in july and august, however this still shouldn't account for this massive drop. I still can't arrow the fact that this has been so sudden, and I'm still trying to figure out what happened. Did all my adsense revert to low paying ads? If so, it would be virtually impossible for me to block all these advertiser, simply because of their sheer volume.

Has this happened to you too? If so, what did you do to revert this issue ?

I know summer is always a horror, but guys... common that much ?!

Just depends. If your sites are about winter sweaters - ppl aren't going there over the summer time.

Mine has gone down as well - but it's picking back up and actually this month has been probably one of the best ever for me.

Give it some time - it will come back up.

It's actually a blog which gets around 100,000 unique hits a month. The content is niched, as in I don't have my content distributed around different topics. More or less it should display ads in the same spectrum.

I've been considering things like smart pricing. Maybe my CTR, which is quite low, is responsible for the earnings gap.
