I have been doing seo for 6 years now. Here is my guide on how to rank on page 1 of google in 1-2 days. This method will work with any keyword, but works best for exact match domain names and *low and medium competition.seo is 20% on page and 80% off page. I will show you how to do both
Onpage Seo
Meta description
The 3 most important are meta description, then title tags, and then the meta keywords.
The most important is the meta description. You need to have your exact keyword in the description 2-3 times. If you have 3 or more words in the keyword then use 6-8 of the total words.
Title tags
The title tag is the second *most. You need to have your keywords in the title tags 2 times *this is is one of 2 things people see in google results.
Meta keywords*
The third most important is meta keywords. You need the keyword and variations of the keyword there.Do keyword stuff or you will go down in rankings. Keyword stuffing is using more than 15 keywords
Heading tags
This forth most important . use the keyword once in h1 - h3 tags. This is not super important
Keyword density*
The 5th and least important is the keyword *density it only matters for first hundred words . You should have 5% keyword density.


off page seo
Here is the juicy part of seo and the hardest part. When I do off page seo have a multiple step plan I will show you.
Step1: planning. You need to know the competition. How backlinks top 10 sites have ,there age, how powerful backlinks, on page seo, and pagerank. So you know what pr backlinks and how many. There is 2 ways to go lots of links and little number of power full links
Step2. *You start by using this method to build *150 high pr edu and gov backlinks. These give you quick boost and will you looking natural. Natural is very important in seo. Here is the method

Step one: you need too open up the browser you use and type in google.com

Step two: now there is many footprints you type in to find them here is some

Inurl:.gov/forum
Inurl:.edu/forum/register.php
Inurl:.gov/forum/register.php
Inurl:.edu powered my snitz


Step three: find the register page and the register*


Step four : you then place your link in the homepage box . And create a link in HTML with your keyword and URL. You can put the HTML in the bio and the signature





Step3 I then use scrapebox , to ping all the URLs, if you don't have scrapebox you can use ping.fm which I am pretty sure is free

Step4: I then write 5 original articles . I first create 5 web 2.0 sites . One on weebly.com, wordpress.com, Squido, google sites, and webs . 1 article for each site. You then submit each article that corlolates with the 2,0 site to 100 article directories and link back to oringnal .when you have done this . You then link all the web 2.0 sites to main site . This is a article seo pyramid.

Step5: I then take all of the urls and and turn them into a rss feed, and then submit them to top 20 rss feed directory. This will get you lots of contextual links and they will get indexed fast.

Step6: my site has some link authority now and is doing good. I then write 1 article and post it on bmr and auw. This will also get contextual links.*
Step 7. I then finsh off with *a big link pyramid.
I first create * 10 2.0 sites with plr content. I the social bookmark each site 10 times. I then create 10 profile links to each social bookmark. Then finsh off with 100'blog comments to each profile link using scrapebox.

Step8: I then use the IMT websites submitted to post to 2500 sites sites my URL , which makes my site indexed lots for next 3 days.*

by the way, google sites are no follow. You should just change that one with hubpages, imo.

Re on page seo you say- 'The most important is the meta description. You need to have your exact keyword in the description 2-3 times. ' . I always though the tile was the most important . I will try changing some of my sites descriptions.

re off page i see you use BME is step 6. Once on page one do you up the frequency of BMR posts , else what is your strategy to get to position one?

Did you mean to keyword stuff or did you leave out the word "not"? I ask this because most people say do not keyword stuff.

Your off page seo looks like a great outline and I am incorporating it into a new project that I have just started.

this advice seems a bit outdated. For one meta keywords aren't really so important these days with my understanding.

Are you sure that a bunch of edu/gov links are going to look natural or be any better than any other extension of links?

Meta keywords have no importance in most search engines. They might help a tiny bit in smaller search engines though. They won't "hurt" in that search engines won't penalize you as long as you don't stuff it with keywords, but your competitors can check out which keywords you are targeting.

Meta descriptions are also not supposed to be keyword stuffed, although I guess three times isn't really stuffing it. You're supposed to put a description that "entices" the reader to click on your website. Some people even suggest not having one at all so that Google can simply find the relevant content in your site and use that as the description. I don't do that though. ><
