Default Adwords dropped axe on me

I have been using PPC for some months now and today I was greeted with the famous "Adwords Account Suspended" Email.

Quote:
It has come to our attention that your Google AdWords account does not comply with our Terms of Service and Advertising Policies. As a result, your account and any related accounts have been suspended, and your ads will no longer run on Google. Please be aware that you are prohibited from possessing or creating any other AdWords accounts, both now and in the future.
My monthly budget was less than $150 and I drive traffic to 2 websites using adwords. One of the site doesn't have any privacy policy, terms of service or such legal blah blah blah. The problem occured when I tried to add these pages to my site. All my ad campaigns was running fine for this site. Still I decided to add these "adwords-required" pages on my site. I put the privacy policy and affiliate disclaimer page on my site yesterday. Today when I login to my account, all I got is the "Permanent Suspension" message. Now that sucks. I could have been able to run my adwords account for years without any problem If I didn't made that mistake yesterday, ie trying to add "Google-Compulsory" legal pages.

Now I am trying to figure out a way of creating new adwords account and roll my campaigns again without the possibility of suspension.

So I have a little advice for small time PPC users like me. If you have a site running good with Adwords without any of these "required" legal disclaimers , then don't ever try to make Google happy by adding these pages to your site in future. You will put yourself in harm's way.
