Yes, AdSense accounts are tied to your Tax ID or SSN. You can't sell accounts like candy...it just doesn't work this way. I know of an instance where a ton of people bought into some sketchy traffic for some AdSense earnings and just had their AdSense accounts banned and someone mentioned "buying" a new account. Good luck with that...even if you do find a way to buy one, you're likely to get that one banned too. If you've just been banned and are looking for a new AdSense account to "buy", let me suggest that AdSense just probably isn't for you...try something else. |
