To have a webpage or a specific blog post in your website to have a higher domain than the home page? I haven't seen this before, but was wondering whether the home page is the limit to how high sub pages PR can be |

Yes, this happens all the time. PageRank 3 Homepage, PageRank 4 innerpage.

By "high domain" I'm going to assume you mean "Page Rank". If so there are many websites where an inner page will have a high page rank than the home page. It all depends on the amount and type of links pointing to a particular page. |

Yep. It is more likely though, and more ideal, to have your homepage bare the highest PR among all your site's pages. This is simply because the stronger the homepage appears, the better the foundation it has for its inner pages.

The only reason the homepage usually has a higher PR is: 1) Most people only build links to their home page. 2) Most (If not all) internal pages have internal links pointing at the home page. It's all about internal/external links, which page has the largest amount of authority links pointing at it. |
