Default Creating RSS Feeds for your backlinks - Obvious Footprint?

As the title says...

I got to thinking about making a small RSS Feed submitter software for my backlinking that I do for clients and it hit me:

Wouldn't putting all your backlinks (or even 10-20 as recommended) basically TELL Google that you created all these backlinks - obvious footprint of unnatural link building?

Having the same backlinks all pointing to the same site - all condensed into one RSS feed has to raise some flags does it not?

What are your comments on this?

Hi Swords

I am not an SEO expert, but based on my SEO efforts and limited knowledge I would say you are correct that having the same backlinks all pointing to the same site - all condensed into one RSS feed cannot be very effective. I am not sure if it raises so called "flags" but it does sound like you won't get the backlinking points you would get by reducing the number of backlinks pointing to the same site in the same feed. Maybe if you pointed the backlinks to the different sub-pages in the the main site may be more effective. I have had success optimizing the sub pages as well as the home page.

I am also wondering if you had an abundance of content in your rss feed if you wouldn't be able to put all those backlinks.

Simple solution. I always create feeds with less than 25% of my own links. The rest is URLs taken from any sites I can find. ESPN, CNN, Yahoo, Amazon, whatever. Camouflage your links.

Yep. If you continuously build links and bundle them into RSS feeds or ping them too often the Google will associate all the links to your money site. I've stopped doing this a long time ago as its fairly blatant, is it not?

You're basically telling Google "Hey, check out these new backlinks ive created, I'm trying to manipulate you!"

I prefer to social bookmark my links from varying accounts, or even create forum profiles pointing to the backlinks.

Still those 25% Google will notice. It is blatantly telling Google that those links are pointing to your site and it surely notices.

So point the RSS URLs at only the category pages, that's not many links at all & your newest content will always be the first link that G finds on the category page.

I suppose that'd be a better way at going at it, but I need more than 5 backlinks (only 5 categories).

So, the conclusion is creating RSS feeds of created backlinks, submitting and pinging them won't bring any Good at all than alerting Google?
Then why many people (Even SEO experts in this forum) and SEO service providers suggest to create RSS feed and to ping the backlinks for quick indexing? Even now there are many tools and online services for doing this job easily.Aren't they aware about the obvious footprint? Didn't they suffered ever for doing this?

Then do 10%. Do 5%. Hell do one single link of your own in an RSS feed and make the rest other URLs. There is no limit to how many RSS feeds you can make.

Another alternative is to do a better job tracking down high PR backlinks. Sites with a higher pagerank get crawled much more often than sites with a PR 0 or PR n/a. Those links will get found without you needed to manipulate the search engines to find them.

I just know the RSS feed thing work because I use it everyday.

I must admit it does leave a lot of footprint, but I don't think Google going to nail you until you are getting too big and crowded their search engine.

Google will never be able to tell when you rss and ping a backlink that is on a heavily crawled website.

For instance you can make 1000 links on a site like squidoo, but since Google crawls that site often, they will add your links along with the several other links on that particular website. They won't single out your newly created links
