Hi, Goole has wrote me a love letter & it goes like this: Dear Advertiser, It has come to our attention that you are advertising one or more sites that violate our Landing Page and Site Policies. Please consider this notice as a warning that any further violation will result in the suspension of your account and any related accounts, and your ads will no longer run on Google. For more information about suspended accounts, please visit: https://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/static.py?hl=en_GB&topic=28449&guide=28446&page=gu ide.cs. The quality of the AdWords programme is important to us. In order to create an environment where our users can trust our advertisers and continue to receive effective, quality advertising, we ask that you cease submitting ads that violate our policies and review all of your current ads to ensure that they are compliant. Below is a list of some of your URL(s) that have been found to violate our policies. Customer ID: *********** Visible URL(s): golfclubdistances.info To learn more about our Landing Page and Site Policies, please visit http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/static.py?hl=en_GB&topic=30210&guide=28439&page=gu ide.cs. Pausing or deleting an ad or ad group that advertises a site that violates our policies will neither affect nor improve the site's landing page quality. The only way to improve poor landing page quality is to modify the site according to our Landing Page and Site Policies. After you have done this, please request a re-review by visiting this link: http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/request.py?contact_type=sitedomdis&hl=en_GB. Correcting a Landing Page and Site Policy violation based on these guidelines may improve the Quality Score of ads associated with the site. This message was sent from a notification-only email address that does not accept incoming email. Please do not reply to this message. Thank you for your cooperation. Yours Sincerely, The Google AdWords Team I have no idea why they sent this, i have emailed them asking what the problem is but with no reply. If anyone can give me any pointers on what to change on the landing page i would be grateful. The site that they refer to is: Golf Club Distances Thank you in advance. |

I`m not quite sure, but I think that the top-right corner ad is violeting their policy. I mean that it`s forbidden to put ads next to images in this case - next to Your slide show. So remove the ad or replace it to 728 x 90 format above the slideshow - it will increase Your ctr btw. But it`s just my opinion ![]() |

Not sure I never have done adsense. You would have to read the page they are talking about , look at the page, and try to see what they might be referring to

Looks like they think you're trying to manipulate adsense revenue with a pure mfa website. Your site from a gutcheck perspective looks like a regurgitated info site..nothing but press releases about the golf industry? Coupled that with your adsense ads in the upper right (which look great btw on that template), might be enough to trigger their manual review. So, how much were you raking in before that notice Adsense arbitrage used to be a big thing, but yes, Google has cracked down on sites built just for that..

I just got permanently suspended today i had to delete my account, well i didn't have to, but it was useless Google banned my Adwords Account ,i have no idea why i was hopeful someone here could help. the ads read like this : Keep in mind I'm new to this forum and can't post url. Recipes for baked salmon Find The Top Recipes at Keyword [bake salmon] i used only one keyword in each ad campaign. i did this for 10 ads example below: not exact ads but close ,i didn't use all capital letters and the [] was only used in the key word section: 1..[baked salmon]=Baked Easy Salmon Recipes Try A Simple Salmon Recipe From "website" Visit Online Today! 2..[bake salmon]=Recipes For Baked Salmon Our Best Baked Salmon Recipes - Find The Top Recipes at http 3..[baking salmon]= Recipe For Baking Salmon Find the Best Results for Recipe For Baking Salmon 4..[baked salmon recipes]=Free Salmon Recipes & Meal Ideas from website! Recipes & Cooking Baking Heart Healthy Low Carb Vegetarian. 5..[baked salmon recipe]=Baked Salmon Recipe Our Best Baked Salmon Recipes - Find The Top Recipes at Website 6..[baked salmon fillet]=Baked Salmon Fillet Recipe View Baked Salmon Fillet Recipe; Get Answers now 7..[how to bake salmon]=How Long To Cook Salmon View How Long To Cook Salmon; Get Answers Now! 8..[how long to bake salmon]=How Long Do I Bake Salmon Get the Best Answers Now! 9..[oven baked salmon]=Baked Salmon Recipes Our Best Baked Salmon Recipes - Find The Top Recipes at http 10.[how to bake salmon in oven]=How to Oven-Bake Salmon Primo Recipes, Articles & More! Ok,The only thing that i see might be wrong that could trigger a review of the ads is the Camel Case Writing i Used. using lower case only on minor words might have caused the issue. However the big problem could be the thin affiliate site, google hates them. But if that is the case how dose anyone promote affiliate offers using Google adwords using these types of landing pages? even if i direct link to the affiliate site am i going to get banned, what is a good landing page,if i cant use the one in my ads what difference is a ten page website that links to affiliate offers. was it trying to target the Ads by using one keyword per ad that made Google angry or the fact that i had absence on the landing page? I hope someone has the answer cuz, Google won't tell. you really have got to read the terms. I'm gonna read it twice..But i doubt it will help. |

You'll need to go through this (the link that they sent) -- https://adwords.google.com/support/a...&page=guide.cs -- bit by bit to find where you supposedly went wrong. Suzanne |

| Remember in mind Promotional codes are typically limited to one per customer. Promotional codes and coupons are intended only for new accounts and need to be used within 14 days of the account's creation. An expiry date usually applies, so keep in mind that you might have to use your promotional code within a limited period. If you're considering signing up with a service that offers you an AdWords promotional credit, make sure that you verify that the service has a relationship with Google. If you have any questions about an offer, please contact us before committing. If you receive a promotional code from a service that you have no business relationship with, be aware that the code might not be valid. |

Change the heading "The Ultimate Guide To Golf" to "Sponsored Ads" or just plain nothing. Is the phrase "The Ultimate Guide To Golf" or any variation a keyword of yours in your ads. If so place those keywords in the content and not above an ad.

I agree they want to own the internet they own Youtube and dozens of other sites, they police the internet and anything that becomes significant to internet marketers or the public they buy it.. Big business Corporate America, is trying to cut-out small business on the internet. Greedy SOB's,but nobody beats Google data ,"nobody".but i may advertise elsewhere. |

Best content is content that is not used by anyone else ,original content is allays best. you can check to see if your content is original at copyscape. Pictures are not really seen by Google spiders you need to tag them, if you use java,or flash,Google spiders get caught in a loop and it runs up Google bandwidth,so they don't bother with trying to it ,"that is what i hear anyway"... always tag any photo with the proper keywords in your market, niche or put the picture over the text so spiders can read it, and never put a picture next to a absence ad it is against the rules, they want people to know it is a ad and not part of you're site navigation. But there are ways around some rules....but...be-careful. |

I got an email similar to that a few months back for a website that was not even my own, that had no Adsense on it, and that I never ran an Adwords campaign on. It was a mock Adwords campaign I'd started for a client's site in my own account, just to test how the ads would look, before setting it up on the client's account. I never made the ads live on my account at all. Again, the site had no Adsense on it, either. I deleted the mock ads, and sent Google an email explaining the site wasn't mine, it was a mock project, and that the client had since abandoned the site and taken it down (it's now a parked domain). I actually did get a response from Google stating that deleting the ads and the fact that the site was taken down was not good enough. The whole site needed to be re-designed to their liking. I emailed back explaining the client was no longer working on the site as an active project. I got the same reply, nicely worded, mind you, that they understood it may seem a waste of my time to re-design a site that is not mine that serves no purpose to anyone anymore, but that I nonetheless must, or it will remain as a violation on my Adwords account (though they won't ban me). I never advertise with Adwords myself, though I do have an account that I've used for mock ad set ups for clients before. I won't be using it for that anymore! Google can be ridiculous sometimes, but at least I got someone responding to me in a polite way. I understand most people don't even get a reply. And the rep who replied to me even admitted their request was frivolous and an unnecessary waste of time for me, but nonetheless, it's what Google wants. Yes, a ridiculous company, indeed. |

Hi Donalva, It appears that your landing page violates Google's strict policy against Bridge Pages. You are not permitted to use Bridge pages as landing pages in the AdWords program. |
