Default Cluster Node IP Addresses Bad for SEO?

Signing up with a new dedicated hosting company and they're recommending to use a cluster node for IP addresses in New York and Houston. Anyone have any ideas if this could have adverse effects on SEO?

I'm not quite sure if I understand cluster nodes properly, but they explained it as a place where the IP address of my website would change back and forth between New York and Houston as I wanted it to. Wouldn't it be better to just choose new york or houston?

If any of you warriors have some feedback, please comment!
