What Type of Content for SEO Do You Prefer?

Hi,
I'm gonna offer a new service soon that also includes article submissions and therefore wanted to ask you what kind of article format you would like the most for SEO submissions.

Like basic spinning on word level (would be cheapest)

Just spinning on paragraph level (like UAW format)

Spinning on paragraph and word level

I don't really now what I should offer. I can't write this stuff by myself because I'm from Europe and I can write a normal sentence but I don't know all these synonyms needed for proper spinning. So I would have to outsource the content creation. I hate that because it slows down the turn around time but there is no way around I guess.

So please let me know what you would choose and you think would be the best. Thank you all.
