Is it true that it's a violation of the Adsense TOS to have ads displayed on the same page as a video on your site? I can't find it in the TOS, but I thought I'd read that somewhere. Is that true?

No it is not. You can have videos or pictures on your website together with AdSense. I have both, pictures and videos on my sites and blogs. What you can NOT do is place pictures or videos close to your AdSense ads in a way that might suggest to Google that you are trying to call your visitors' attention to the ads or trying to trick them into clicking the ads.
