Make sure your site doesn't look like still under construction. Have around 10 - 20 pages (post / pages) in your site with unique content. Usually this is what I did to get adsense approved.

It doesn't matters the domain age, google matters the quality content of the site.

If you have above 10 posts and a good looking design, ,go for it.
There are some restrictions for some publishers from specific countries though.
So be sure to check them and then apply.

See, its not about the age of your website... Its about the content of your website.

Google is very strict for AdSense approval... You have to work on the overall quality of website.

It is done by Google to verify that you are the owner of the domain. It happens if you have your WHOIS hidden. When Google can't check your ownership through WHOIS, they want you to add a code to your website to prove that you are the owner of the website. Just a regular process. Once you do this, Google will give you a conditional approval for AdSense and will review your website after some time for final approval.

Best of luck.

Google (if needed) would not need to use whois.

You can apply with a blogspot. You certainly don't own that.

It's all about whether you have access to edit the site.

It is about site age in many countries. You must have
the site for at least 6 months. There are other rules
as well for these countries.

If you happen to live in one of those, well, a one
month old site will not cut it.
