What is the deal with "Socialmonkee"

Am currently manually building links for mu website (forums -blog posting directory's, social book marking and posting) the last thing i want to do is use black hat seo or any other crappy link building scam.

Anyone here uses Socialmonkee ? i will continue building my links but would definitely need any help i can get if this site delivers good and safe results what are your thoughts on them ?
