can not understand google adsense approval?

Hello,

Google disapproved my site because people can register on my site and so my site contains login member area,, you get the point.... site is big and maybe the login member can change the profile(can rate something) , nothing really special in login area. (header right corner there is a login and register link, that why my site got disapproved), it's not login only site. Am I right or worong? (btw the approval takes like forever)
