I was not aware that if you use google.com (USA) but you make a search from a country outside USA, it will display different search results than if you do a search in the USA.
I have a page at #10 if searched from my country using google.com (USA). But someone in the USA saw my page at #13 and sent me a screenshot of it.

SEO to rank for google US but I don't live in the US, and because of differences in displaying search results, this can be quite tricky. Is there a way to tackle this problem for people outside the USA?
