% change in visit means change of visitors number in percentage, it might be positive or negative.

It is the % change compared to another period. You can choose the period at the top but it defaults to month on month. It is allways the same period by date and does not account for things like weekends or allways start on a Monday. That can have a big affect MOM for websites that trend on a daily/weekly basis.
