Are these traffics safe according to Adsense TOS?

I'm thinking of generating traffic from facebook and twitter. You know there exists some ways(including softwares methods) that can bring traffic to your site. I'm thinking are these traffic safe for my adsense site? Will it violate the TOS of google adsense?

I think it depends on how you promote your site, for instance if you just put links and entice others to go off and view your site I imagine it should be ok. But if you just use iframes that include the page where your adsense sits then i think that may be a breach, i would think very carefully before you jeopardize your adsense account if i were you.
