Is it okay to add multiple posts/pages to your new site daily?

I have a few domains that I just bought and installed WP on.

I also have content ready to add to these sites and would like to know if its okay to add multiple pages (say 2-3 articles) in one go, or is it advised to add one post a day/every other day.

Most of the sites I plan will be 2-3 page sites only.

Also, is it a good idea to start backlinking before adding all the pages on the site?

It is Ok to add more than 1 article at a time but you must be sure that they are unique and good quality. You should have your site ready before you backlink. There is no point in sending traffic to your site if they find nothing when they get there.

In addition you should be constantly and consistently be adding fresh, unique, quality content ot your site.

I suggest you put 2-3 posts up to give your site substance, then trickle additional posts, either daily, or every other day.

This keeps the site healthy and constantly changing, which Google loves. It also means that repeat visitors are finding something new each time they visit.

There's no real benefit to additing alot of posts in one go, that I can think of.

It is very okey to add multiple content to your site daily as long as is original. It is also important to be consistent.
