Tell me how to use Facebook!

I've been asking this question a lot, I want you to tell me exactly how you use Facebook to get large amounts of traffic for free, or very cheap.

I've seen claims that you can get clicks for a fraction of a cent on Facebook Ads, and I'm assuming this is what people are talking about when they say Facebook is where it's at.

I haven't got a lot of money, I've been trying to work out exactly what I need to do to make money from Facebook, or get traffic that doesn't cost a dollar a click, so please tell me what you know, and please be specific.

Isn't it iFrame now? I have a Facebook page called Social Promotion Services, It has 1,000 likes, and is on the first page of a Google search on the title. Perhaps you're right, I have to engage the fans by posting informative blog posts on the wall. I guess by the time I get 10,000 likes, the posts to my wall will get some traffic.

Create your Facebook Fan Page and start promoting it: share with your friends, ask them to bring more likes, update on your wall, share pictures, promote your custom Facebook page url on other social sites like twitter, digg etc.
Comment on other related pages and tag your profile there for reference.
You can also start Facebook ad campaign to get more targeted fans.

I guess it doesn't take long to make a new page, it takes a bit of work to make it good though, and I don't know if it's worth it, unless you can give me more information. Using Facebook we get free back links, what was the point of posting that? There's no way to check the search volume of keywords in a Facebook search, it's easier to rank articles on Google, and if nobody has any really useful information, I think I will focus most of my attention on Twitter and StumbleUpon, which got me 1,000 unique views to my site today.
