Is it okay to use articles from your site for UAW?

I am planning to use UAW for backlinking. I already have some content on my site, so is it okay to use that content for plugging into UAW (spinning, creating different versions and blasting it into its blog network).

Or is it advisable to have fresh articles specifically written for UAW?

I think as long as it's definitely indexed on your main site, it doesn't matter if you use exactly the same article.
