How to Deindexed Google fast?

Dear!
I have some old post on my site, and now I update content again 3 days ago. but i check google,it's still not deindexed, even I ping some times a day and post to Rss sites. Can you give me suggestion?

Question2: My post on my site is 100% unique content, when it indexed google, I post to article directories with the same content, not spun. now i copy a paragraph and paste to google search, the result show post from article directories, can not find my site. Can you help me!

try social bookmarking!

I second the social bookmarking technique + maybe a ping and a handful of quality backlinks also, maybe even some links from places like twitter and statusnet.
