Just plain excel sheet? or any other better managing tool? I am thinking of this program until i find something better keynote-nf - KeyNote NF (New Features) - Google Project Hosting Anything online which can be shared with VA's? Thanks for help! |

Yep, Excel is all I use... It's simple and easy to use. I would find software too complex for the simple task of listing things. Excel does the job for me. Thanks Eleanor |

So you guys manage your backlinks using Excel? Do you use any programs to create your backlinks or do you create them yourself.

I would agree that excel is the best you can use to manage your links and the facts that comes with each.

I keep everything in Excel, there is no need to reinvent the wheel. As far as communicating with VA's is concerned, you can never go wrong with using Dropbox or Basecamp. I use both on a daily basis to deliver assignments to my content / link building teams and to deliver reports to clients. |
