Need a SOLID course to show me how to build my "list" for email marketing

I want to build webpages that offer a free report of some sort that will allow me to build a large email list...

then....i want to be able to take that list and build effective email campaigns (with clickbank type products) to sell, over and over again to that list.

I need a training course that will show me step by step on how to do that...

show me how to:

-do market research for my "free site"
-how to pick an effective "keyword" with thousands of searches a day
-how to build a format my sites (with an auto-responder)
-how to use TODAY'S SEO METHODS (I KNOW ALL ABOUT PRE-"FARMER" METHODS...which i hear... don't work now)
-how to use PPC in an effective way to promote sites
-how to then take that email list and EFFECTIVELY but email campaigns

Any thoughts on a good course that will teach me this???

The information is free.

There are lots of bonus things, too about online marketing.

It is about building your own sites but you can use all the information
for free wordpress blogs, too, I suppose.

Anyway, it has worked for me.

If you haven't already, check out Frank Kern's List Control. I haven't read it, but it's supposed to be really good. He really knows his stuff and he's funny as hell!
