Do you guys link from inside your posts/articles to your own homepage?
If so how many times per post?

and also, do you use anchor text from the posts/articles to link to other posts of your site? or you just link to them from the sidebar?

I do. Just a little bit though.

Every place I've read says to link to somewhere on your site at least once in your article.
