Default Your ads have recently appeared on websites you haven't authorized. To avoid lost revenue, make sure

I keep getting this massage on my new ad sense account.. i tried adding my website www. xxxx .com and also xxxx. com i am still getting that warning and i loose revenue and clicks.I trying finding an answer in googles ad sense forums but they are next to worthless.. a lot of guys have the same problem and no one realy takes them time to explain what is going on..
Anyone care to clear that up from me..?

I understand that i also need to add to the authorizes list something like google cache and Google translates.. so i monetize form them also.. can anyone give me the correct url i need to authorize ?
