no dude you can do only manually for best results.it is safe also.

Manually takes lot of time..

And there is no difference between manually and Tool in google Eyes.

I can't recommend any press release submission tools - sorry, but here are some ideas about efficient PR distribution.

I guess you have roughly two options:

1. Try out various free pr distribution sites - you can find many long lists on the web, and eventually tailor your own list of 20+ free websites that will accept your press releases. Prlog, i-newswire, addpr are good options.

2. Subscribe to one paid service that will do all the distribution job for you, allowing links and getting you to Google News.

There are some warriors that offer this service. One thing I have found is that more will get accepted if you use an e-mail address associated with your domain rather than a free e-mail address.
