Adcenter Search Network vs Content Network

Has anyone had success using Adcenter's content network??

I have a campaign in the health niche that is super high demand and the campaign has 444 relevant adgroups and 7,000 keywords, relevant ads for each adgroup with a max cpc of 1.00 and I get like 12 impressions a day and 0 clicks??

Is anybody else experiencing these problems with Adcenter's content network??

Should I just forget about the content network and go to search instead??

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanx alot!
