Do "how to" kws get bad CTR on adsense?

I am just assuming that their CTR might not be very good since its not a product, its an informational site

the CPC on some of the kws is decent and the monthly searches is good, but then I think hmmm how many of those people are going to click on ads?

You will get 1.5 to 2.5% CTR on those type of informational sites.

if you dont sell products, i dont see any problems using adsense on a keyword like this... i dont think the ctr is affected by the word "how to", from my expeirence.

Does adsense forbid you selling a product and also placing Adsense on a site?
or is this done all the time?

I have heard its not adviseable your adsense CTR will go down if you do that
then again If you are selling a product also, it would probably be ok if the adsense CTR goes down, since you are also making money from the product ads
