|  Number of keywords and Ads in Google Adwords
I have created 4 ads and 18 keywords in one of my ads group recently. Is the number of ads and keywords enough for a ads group? Do I need more ads and keywords?

that is plenty. Better to keep them small and stay focused. Make a new set for more keywords.
