promoting video to top spot

i have a video which target local business in a city (city name+business)
the video is optimized and it is now on page 1 no 10.
i need to promote it to first five spot. what is the best way to give it a boost that will make the work without any risk.

If you want to be very cautious then build some very decent backlinks to it and then build backlinks to the backlinks. It will boost the video page. Aslo look at on page optimisation for the video itself. If it can be improved do it. Good luck.
