If my understanding is correct:

+ABC +XYZ would beat +ABC XYZ. But if you have a dual modified competing with an anchor modified, does this result in a higher CPC?

Of even if you have +ABC +XYZ and ABC XYZ in your ad group, are you bidding against yourself and increasing your CPC?
