Default Remove posts and not punished by google

Hi guys..I need some advice here. I have 2 websites that's currently pulling data from Amazon and would like to remove all the posts created and turn the website into a review site instead (now it's kind of like astore). I find it hard to rank and not accepted by BMR probably due to the content is not unique as it was pulled from amazon. Now, what should i do when i've removed all the posts in order for google not to punish my sites for non-existing pages/posts? or do you have any other suggestions for the existing posts (hundreds of products/posts in each site)

Jep
