Default Jcrew- is the site using cloaking?

Hi,

I got to know about this site jcrew.com through an article post. Its an e-commerce site ranking well on various keywords in Google. In the first appearance site seems fine. But if you turn off your browser javascript, you will get a well-optimized content rich page that redirects you to a page suggesting you how to enable the javascript of your browser.

If you check the cache for the site and go for "text only version" you will get a glimpse of that content rich page for a second and then will be taken to a cache error page by Google.

I want to know is this an example of JavaScipt cloaking and if yes how the site is doing well on Google?
