You can check these stats manually if you don't believe it. They are all gathered from free resources.

Type in GooglE: keyword external tool and the official Google External tool will show up. Type your keywords in, click on exact match and see which numbers come out...

I do believe. Thats where i found them first was on google keyword tool and then i found all these additional with niche finder. Would you go after these with that type of difficulty being so small? Thats cake compared to any other keywords i have found and the 60,000 exact local a month is amazing. Theres no ppc ads whatsoever and i found the perfect clickbank product to use in this niche. Theres so many searches and yet no one is targeting it. The top sites only have 20 or less backlinks all from the same site and there no way relevant at all. Its in the "pest" niche and these guys have backlinks from how to make pizzas sites and crap lol. the top site has 400,000 backlinks and there all coming from an internet forum. Hows that possible?
