I don't think it is very easy to know which kw are driving your AdSense clicks. I have used Statcounter to track my visitors leaving page. If this is an AdSense click, then I could track that visitor back to where they landed on my site and what KW was used. It is a bit cumbersome and so I never spent a lot of time on doing that. But if you had enough time, you could find some or maybe most of them.

If you are using Analytics you can track which keywords drove traffic to those clicks.

Google given all the options and tool , just use Google Adword keyword tool, Google analytic, Google trend , Google insight and you can find the keywords you are looking for.

I have been using statcounter for the past 3 years and have been a very happy customer. A week ago they updated their system and since then, I haven't been able to log-in. I have been in touch with their support section every day and they can't seem to fix the problem. Is anyone else having trouble with their update? More importantly, has anyone found a solution to the problem or should I just accept the fact that I have lost 3 years data and install analytics? I can't afford get-clicky yet so does anyone have any other suggestions please?
