Payment Method Not Verified in Odesk? is it Critical?

Hi just wanna ask here...

As I've read some of the job description some employer post a job on odesk but their method of payment is not verified.

I'm just kinda very careful when I'm applying for the job otherwise may be I wouldn't get paid because as a matter of fact I'm already a victim with this type of status not knowing they just try to trick others.

Are these type of employer willing to pay or not, even though their method of payment isn't verified?

I guess for my own safety I should choose employer who has a payment method verified.
