Is 7Search only for Search Network PPC?

I know, a totally basic question from a total newbie. I searched through some threads, but did not find the answer.

Is 7Search only for search ads?

I am testing 10 campaigns through 7Search (8 Max Bounty CPA offers and 2 Clickbank products)

Cost: $35
Revenue: $5.15

4 actions on 646 clicks (0.62% conversion)

The reason I ask is because my Max Bounty ad copy is based on Contextual ads, not Search ads, and I am wondering if that may explain the low conversion.
