My Link Building Plan..Is it good?

I have been thinking about creating a link building campaign for one of my client. I would like to know your view about the whole plan. This is my first ever attempt so I would like to know your honest opinion about it.

Let me explain it one by one

Social submission
10v= Minimum 10 votes on each social networking site
Document's social submission will not contain any vote. It is merely a submission.
2x15-article submission will contain 2 unique article spun 15 times each and submitted to 15 article sites (total 2x15=30 links) with anchor text (it includes this page,this link and keyword to keep it more natural)

What's your opinion on this strategy? It is more like a manual work, no automatic software will be used for this strategy.

Del-10v= Delicious 10 votes
Digg-10v=10 digg votes
SU-10v= 10 Stumbleupon vote
Hy-10v= 10 Hypesol vote
W3-10v=10 W3promoter votes

It involves lots of manual work, but at the end you will get quality link.

I was expecting some sort of advice to make the structure better. I still doubt the effectiveness of this structure.

Just explained it in the post itself. 10v is for 10 votes on each sites Del,Digg are short form of the sites

Gaining votes will consume time on your bookmarking campaign. However, this plan is quite good for me.

Frankly speaking I am not new in this business but I have never tried all these things personally. I have a list of active voters who can provide constant votes to my pages (I can easily get around 30-40 votes on digg with minimal effort)

Yes this whole structure consumes time. To be honest after google panda update I have started believing more in Social networks. I initially thought of making this plan to start to sell my service in WSO forum

I have two more structures in my mind with better links. The only downside is that I do not have a team of writer to provide me quality articles. I have to outsource the work which means that I have to depend on them to provide the article in timely manner.

Well the plan is really impressive, you can expect your desired ranking after accomplishing this plan, but the main problem which you will have to face in executing this plan of "just to keep it continue" This plan seems to be workable but their execution required constant working for a specific period of time likely it would be 3- 4 months

The plan is good. But is it enough to get a good Google page rank or high quality traffic to a particular website is the matter.

nice plan but you not avoid forum posting. using this plan you get back link for your site but you can not get domain diversity and now a day domain diversity is also important factor in seo.

YOur plan is good, you may also want to link a few sites to them, digg might go to a social media site etc. just make sure they are random and you don't do them all at teh same time.

You will also find some great macro software that can assist with doing this, will take some time to set up but once up and running it will save hundreds of hours a year.

It's a nice backlinking plan...the bookmarking votes it's a great idea and it will give a boost to your backlinks.

You can also add video submissions and article submissions blasts to 200 or more article directories with high PR

Why not? I have already tried it out but I can not be sure whether it is a effect of this method or not.

I never said that all the articles are unique (I mean to say different..you can use one article and spin it). As mentioned earlier this is more of a manual work. I create only 10-15 links per day (directly to money website) at the most. The anchor text varies a lot and it contains the keyword like 'this link, this page, this website' to keep it as much natural as possible.

Let me know if you're interested in testing out the plan. I will try to create a service page.

To be frank domain (IP) diversity also matters a lot. We need to alter web 2.0 properties, document sharing sites to keep continuing natural flow of links.

You can add video sharing sites on top of it to get more link juice.
